PRSTGE is ONLY offering refunds in a form of a non expiring store credit.
- Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed and must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odors and have original tags attached with original PRSTGE packaging and polybag. Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted in return and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
- You must return your order within 20 calendar days from the date of delivery. Orders returned past that deadline will not be accepted in return.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- It is optional, but we highly suggest to add insurance for the value of your products when returning a package.
- Incomplete products, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted.
- Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
- PRSTGE is not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All returns will be refunded in the form of non-expiring store credit ONLY. Please allow 3-7 business days once we receive your product(s) in exchangeable condition at our warehouse to receive your store credit.
- Please note that exchanged item(s) or item(s) purchased with a store credit code will require the shipping fees to be paid prior to shipping.
- Item(s) purchased with a store credit are generally non-returnable.
- Exchanges are accepted but are subject to product(s) availability. If your desired item isn't available at the time your return arrives are our return center and has been inspected and approved, a store credit code will automatically be issued instead.
- If you'd like to make an exchange, please include a note in your package when returning it containing the name of the style you'd like in exchange and the size.

Packages Returned to Sender By Courier:
In the event that a package is returned to sender by the courier for insufficient address, refused package or ANY other reason, Shipping fees incurred by PRSTGE will have to be paid before another shipment can be sent. PRSTGE will not be liable for any package that gets lost or not received in return to our return center.
We highly recommend that you make sure the package is deliverable to your address to avoid any issue with the delivery at a later time.
