We want you to be satisfied with your order and experience at PRSTGE. If you aren't satisfied with the item(s) you have received, we are happy to accept your order in return for a store credit or for an exchange.


Refund Policy:

PRSTGE is ONLY offering refunds in a form of a non expiring store credit.

Exchange policy:

  • Exchanges are accepted but are subject to product(s) availability. If your desired item isn't available at the time your return arrives at our return center and has been inspected and approved, a store credit code will automatically be issued instead.
  • If you'd like to make an exchange, please create a return here: prstge.returnscenter.com to receive instructions and email us at contact@prstge.com to mention what item you'd like in exchange including the size and the color you wish to receive. Please make sure to mention your order number in the subject to avoid any delays.


Return Conditions:

  • Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed and must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odors and have original tags attached with original PRSTGE packaging and ziploc bag included for each item. Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted in return and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • You must return your order within 20 calendar days from the date of delivery. Orders returned past that deadline will not be accepted in return.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). We are currently providing return labels at a flat discounted rate for convenience or you may return your package with the carrier of your choice.
  • It is optional, but we highly suggest to add insurance for the value of your products when returning a package.
  • Incomplete products, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted. 
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
  • PRSTGE is not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Item(s) purchased with a store credit are generally non-returnable.


U.S. Returns:

International Returns: 

If you are located outside of the United States and would like to return an order, please contact us by email at contact@prstge.com before submitting a return request.

International orders must be returned at the customer’s expense. We are currently not offering free return labels for international orders.


Packages Returned to Sender By Courier:

In the event that a package is returned to sender by the courier for insufficient address, refused package or ANY other reason, Shipping fees incurred by PRSTGE will have to be paid before another shipment can be sent. PRSTGE will not be liable for any package that gets lost or not received in return to our return center.

We highly recommend that you make sure the package is deliverable to your address to avoid any issue with the delivery at a later time.
