- Items must be unwashed and must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odors and have original tags attached with original packaging. Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted in return.
- You can return your items up to 30 days after receiving your original order.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- It is optional, but we highly suggest to add insurance for the value of your products when returning a package.
- Incomplete products, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
- P R S T G E is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All returns will be refunded in the form of non-expiring store credit ONLY. Please allow 3-5 business days once we receive your product(s) in exchangeable condition at our warehouse to receive your store credit.
- Please note that exchanged item(s) or item(s) purchased with a store credit code will require the shipping fees to be paid prior to shipping.
