Quality jeans and sits so nicely. Perfect size.

The jean quality is great but runs really small. I will suggest 2 size above. I returned and it was delivered back to the warehouse for an exchange. I never heard anything. I emailed but no response. Not cool at all and I am disappointed. Due to this, I couldn't buy other pairs that I wanted. I rated 5 for product quality but I would rated customer service a negative if I had a chance. The website is horrible too, you can't really do anything. Returns are not linked with profile. Just too many inefficiencies!
