We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped out Monday through Friday except during holidays.

We consider ''Business Days'' being Monday through Friday and ''Weekends'' being Saturday and Sunday. Please keep that in mind when choosing the shipping method.

Orders placed between Friday ( after 1 PM EST ) and Sunday will be shipped out the following week depending on the shipping method selected during checkout.

Please allow 1-4 business days for orders to be processed before they ship depending on the shipping method selected during checkout.

During sales and holidays, orders may require 2-5 business days for processing before shipment.

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide during checkout. Please make sure this information is entered correctly since we will not send it to a different email later for security and privacy purposes.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2-4 business days please check your spam folder. If you still can't locate your tracking information, please contact us via email at contact@prstge.com.

Please note that, when an order has been placed, our shipping department will start taking care of your order as soon as possible and therefore it is generally not possible to cancel it.

 

U.S Shipping :

Customers within the US may choose from a range of shipping options.

PRSTGE is responsible to choose couriers depending on the shipping method you choose during checkout. Our shipping methods aren't specific to a particular courier. If you have any preference and would like us to ship your order with a specific courier, please include a note at the time of your order.*

*Additional charges may apply if you request a specific courier / service.

All shipments to P.O. boxes will be automatically shipped via USPS since other carriers do not have access to P.O. boxes.

Shipments within the US are estimated to take 1-12 business days in transit once shipped depending on your state location and the shipping method you choose during checkout. Please see options during checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates.

Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact us at contact@prstge.com and we will be happy to assist you if necessary.

PRSTGE  is not responsible / liable for delays caused by the USPS, UPS or any other carriers. These carriers are working independently and while it is rare, delays may occur during transit.

Please make sure the shipping address entered at the time of your order is correct to avoid any delays / lost packages / stolen packages.

PRSTGE is not responsible if your package is returned, delivered to the wrong address or lost if the address provided at the time of your order is incorrect or insufficient and you may be responsible to cover the cost if a replacement package needs to be sent.

We understand that delays happen, if a shipment is being returned to our company for ANY reason, our company may decide, at it's own discretion, to use a different carrier to deliver your package a second time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :

PRSTGE ships international orders using DHL, UPS and USPS.

All international orders require 1 to 3 business days processing time and require 2 to 21 business days for delivery depending on your country location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

*Some countries may be subject to Duties or Taxes. Duties and Taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by the carrier and are not included in the purchase price. Each country has its own rules. Please make sure to check with your local authorities before ordering since international orders cannot be returned for failure to pay local duties or taxes.

Please note that if an international order is refused by the customer upon delivery for any reason or if it is unsuccessfully delivered due to an issue with the delivery address , it will not be accepted in return and you will be responsible for any additional cost charged by the courier.

 

ORDERS DELIVERED AT AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS :

We understand that sometimes it is convenient to place an order and get it delivered at an address other than your residential address, while on vacation or for any other reason. Please make sure that you or someone appointed by yourself is available to receive your package.

If you do not stay at the same address for a period of at least 30 days from the date you place the order, we do not recommend delivering outside of the United States since delays may occur with the delivery and you ''the customer'' will be responsible for any package that may be lost, delayed or stolen for failure to assist with the delivery.

If you resides in the United States and decide to deliver your package outside of the United States, you must be available at the delivery address provided at the time of your order for at least 30 days. You will also be responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be charged by the country where your order is being delivered. For more information about local customs duties and taxes, please check with local customs before ordering.

If the courier decides to return your package, you will be responsible for any fees associated with the return and the re-delivery of the package.

Packages delivered at an alternative address aren't eligible for a refund.

 

PRE-ORDERS :

We allow pre-orders on selected products that are produced in limited quantity and get sold out pretty fast to give a chance to our customers to reserve their pair before they are available to ship.

Please note that pre-orders have their own approximative shipping date indicated on the product page and will not respect the same delivery timing indicated above.

For example, if your pre-order item is supposed to start shipping in 2 weeks, and you decide to select 2 DAY as your shipping method, your product will take 2 business days to be delivered to you when the product start shipping, which means an estimated of 2 weeks + 2 business days.

Refund Policy:

PRSTGE is ONLY offering refunds in a form of a non expiring store credit.

Exchange policy:

  • Exchanges are accepted but are subject to product(s) availability. If your desired item isn't available at the time your return arrives at our return center and has been inspected and approved, a store credit code will automatically be issued instead.
  • If you'd like to make an exchange, please create a return here: prstge.returnscenter.com to receive instructions and email us at contact@prstge.com to mention what item you'd like in exchange including the size and the color you wish to receive. Please make sure to mention your order number in the subject to avoid any delays.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed and must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odors and have original tags attached with original PRSTGE packaging and ziploc bag included for each item. Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted in return and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • You must return your order within 20 calendar days from the date of delivery. Orders returned past that deadline will not be accepted in return.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). We are currently providing return labels at a flat discounted rate for convenience or you may return your package with the carrier of your choice.
  • It is optional, but we highly suggest to add insurance for the value of your products when returning a package.
  • Incomplete products, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted. 
  • Please allow 5 to 8 business days for us to process your return once it is received and inspected by our Distribution Center.
  • PRSTGE is not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Item(s) purchased with a store credit are generally non-returnable.

International Returns: 

If you are located outside of the United States and would like to return an order, please contact us by email at contact@prstge.com before submitting a return request.

International orders must be returned at the customer’s expense. We are currently not offering free return labels for international orders.

 

Packages Returned to Sender By Courier:

In the event that a package is returned to sender by the courier for insufficient address, refused package or ANY other reason, Shipping fees incurred by PRSTGE will have to be paid before another shipment can be sent. PRSTGE will not be liable for any package that gets lost or not received in return to our return center.

We highly recommend that you make sure the package is deliverable to your address to avoid any issue with the delivery at a later time.
